So my situation is I was able to get an Intel B580 for retail and couldn't pass that up in this GPU market but my current CPU is a R7 2700 on an X470 Aorus Ultra and while its a great chip, I haven't installed the B580 due to display adapter circumstances but I am already thinking I am going to need a CPU upgrade based on all the overhead problems that I saw across reviews when the B580 came out. The question being I have no idea what AM4 cpu to go with. I really don't want to spend more than $100 USD so any x3D chips are out of the question right now but in my initial research maybe the 5600 or 5700? Any recommendations or opinions are welcome.

A 5600 or 5700 would be a decent upgrade over the R7 2700 and the Intel B580 definitely likes faster CPU's to be able to run more smoothly.
