Tracking Page not there

To resolve this thread. Support responded that this is a problem on wizmo's end, which they were made aware of, and sent me the direct postnl tracking link.

This is typically cuz when the tracking information is first created, it takes time to get into the system. Just check it again tomorrow. When labels are first created, they're just created, it hasn't been pickup up by the shipping company. Once it gets scanned in from getting picked up it should be visible on the website.

I meant that the page loads to the first picture and then redirects to the 404 one. The parcel is already picked up according to another one of Wizmos general tracking site (https://portal.shipwizmo.com/tracking.aspx) image.png.eae64dc4bbbdd74dc4f77c34e3984c79.png

So your order to Germany had the shipping label created on the 23rd,  then Phisically shipped the next day and arrived in Germany on the 25th...
Mine (to Italy) had the label created on the 17th, then it seems to have departed on the 21st, then no more data (Now the FedEx tracking doesn't show anymore my parcel in their system...)

I agree with all of this as well, its very concerning.

I ordered the commuter backpack it said it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive but the tracking link they provided just flat out didn't work and I have waited since the 18th for any tracking info (ordered on the 12th btw) and the link they provided still doesnt work but using the other portal it just says that on Friday (25th) 'ACCEPTANCE' with no date so absolutely no clue where this parcel is at all

I have contacted support and told them this, waiting for a response but if they come back and say.... 'you need to wait for the tracking to update' I am going to do my crust
