Earlier today I got my 780 Ti, to replace my 7850. I uninstalled everything AMD from my PC and rebooted a few times. Then I upgraded to the 780 Ti (PNY enthusiast edition). I booted it up with no flaws and I Pre-downloaded the driver then installed it. Now, I rebooted and I get to the loading windows screen then a no signal directly after that. I want to know what to do, if it is a windows error or my driver error. I have been able to load into safe mode but not normal windows.

Okay, I have completely wiped ALL amd things from my computer. Still get the no signal. I even have uninstalled Nvidia drivers and re-installed them in safe mode and normal mode. I need another solution to this. The card shows up in the devices tab and seems to be working fine, just the drivers.
