Recently all my games started stuttering, sometimes it happens while using windows as well. My rig is AMD 7700x with thermalright peerless assassin, 32GB RAM 6000, nvidia1080, windows is recently updated and bios was updated a couple of months ago.

I have been playing these games before (death stranding, plateup, it takes two) and never noticed any of these stutters, what could it be?
