Help! MPT bios error 0Dh

Hi everyone,

 

im having an issue with a dell perc card flashed to IT mode. It’s passed through to a truenas scale VM in Proxmox. 
it’s worked fine until today when I rebooted the VM and it’s boot looping with the MPT bios error 0Dh. 
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this or what the problem may be?
