I currently have a RTX 4080 paired with a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and i understand that my GPU is being massively bottlenecked by my CPU. What would be the most optimal CPU to upgrade to that won't leave me bottlenecked? Also if anyone has advice as for other parts that would pair well with my 4080 such as mother board, Power supply, and RAM that would be very much appreciated.

At what resolution do you play?

I wouldn't say the GPU is being massively bottlenecked by the 5800X3D if you play at 1440p or 4k.

The only upgrade worth while is the 9800X3D.

Who says?

Sure, a newer CPU would give you more performance (especially at lower resolutions), but it is going to cost you a lot of money. The 5800X3D is very competitive with modern CPUs, except for the very latest X3D models.
