It might be possible but it would require custom work and I doubt someone would have already went to the trouble to design and machine adaptors for a random water block from 2008. It would be best to either get a new block or get a new cooler, you can get a Thermalright Peerless Assassin for about 35$ which is going to handle the i5 no problem.
