Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Throne and Liberty, Dota 2 and few others. The PC is mainly going to be used for gaming and few other programs that aren't related to work, but i do aim for a future proof PC.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc.): Only case needed (already got the storage). Current resolution: 1080P

This is how you swag,  400$ less so you can upgrade GPU or CPU to what ever u want.  
But this Rig is high end and stylish.

That site you linked doesn't sell AMD cards, only Nvidia. I would wait for the RTX 5060 Ti or look at something like this:
