Yesterday I built my first gaming PC. I bought a pre-built in 2018, but wanted to make an upgrade. The first problem I ran into is that it only boots if I have one stick of ram installed. It boots to the bios fine with only one stick. The system turns on with two sticks installed, but nothing appears on the display. I've already updated the bios to the latest version. I tried with EXPO and XMP on and off, but nothing seems to work.

EDIT: Second problem was solved.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 7 7700x

RX 7800 xt

MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi Computer Gaming Motherboard

16gb of Silicon Power DDR5 6000MT/s (I would like 32gb to work)

Corsair RM650e (I ordered a RM750e that will arrive next week)

I have a 2TB Samsung sata SSD, a 1TB WD Blue HDD, and a 1TB KLEVV CRAS M.2 SSD

Second, I decided to fix the ram issue later and install windows in the meantime, however the bios no longer detects my M.2 SSD. I plugged in my old sata SSD and HDD, but nothing shows up in the bios. The M.2 was showing up fine earlier, but after I updated the bios none of my storage options appear. The bios just doesn't detect any of it. I made sure all connections were good.
