I know that no AM4 supporting PCIe4 CPU had a GPU.

I do not understand what you're trying to say here. If you're asking about an AM4 APU Ryzen with PCIE 4.0 then you're correct, all are PCIE 3.0.

3600 to 5600X uplift will be there. However it's marginal enough that people might come to the conclusion that the disassembly and assembly for that X amount of uplift isn't worth it. I'd personally just get a 5700X3D as that's a big enough upgrade that makes the hassle worth it.

sure it's a 3600 and not a 3600x or pro?

Yes, it's a 3600.

I was asking if there is a AM4 APU Ryzen with a GPU that is PCIe4.

There are none. All apu's are pcie 3.0. A 5600x is pcie 4.0 compatible and will have it on if it's in a b550 or x570 board. Some 400 series boards also sort of have it.

APU's don't come with a separate GPU. They come with one built in and often aren't bundled with a separate GPU as an offer.

If you're talking about PCIE lane performance, I'm not aware of an AM4 Ryzen that is an APU and has their PCIE lanes rated at 4.0 speeds, all are 3.0.

Ryzen APU and iGPU's with PCIE 4.0 or better only exist starting with AM5.
