You reinstalled Windows on your SSD, and now you're asking what to do with HDD and files on it?

You should be actually okay just using the HDD, without any wipes or reinstalls, though if you want cleaner start you could just wipe the HDD, if there are no important files there.

Applications I'm not sure, if nothing changed they could potentially work too, but if you wiped SSD and Windows was on SSD, all the saves and stuff might be gone, but unless the app needs specific files that were on the SSD, they should work too I think.

So in the capcut's folder there isn't uninstall.exe file?

If you don't have any important stuff on the HDD you can just wipe it entirely and install stuff there again.

Does simply deleting the entire capcut folder help delete it?

i dont really need to delete it, i had to update the app so i just tried to delete it , why bother update when u can reinstall it

now the problem is that capcut is a small app

i also have large apps and software like valorant (on my slow connection it takes time)

i dont want to just install all of it again

the game installs same files on different Windows PCs, if you can launch Valorant's launcher, you can just check by repairing the game
