Best Budget GPU?

Hi peeps!
So I've been wanting to upgrade my GPU because my current GPU is really bad.. just bad.
I'm running a 3070 and it's broken, explode! Not repairable and I sold it to someone online. Got 70 bucks. More bad luck, my 5 year old monitor got a bad burn marks on the screen and I need to get a new one for $120, cancelling my 7700 XT wishlist.
Now I'm running a DDR4 GT 1030 from my basement, can't even handle my 1080p monitor. Now I'm on a budget of $300, student budget of course

I had these options in my country:
Gigabyte 3 fan/ASUS 2 fan RTX 4060 8GB - $332

MSI/Palit RTX 3060 12GB - $300
XFX/ASUS/Sapphire RX 7600 - $270
AsRock/Sparkle Arc B580 - $300
(Which means I can buy 7600/B580/3060 now but need to wait ~1/2 month before getting a 4060)

 

with my PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 5600X on MSI B550M Pro-VDH
Kingston Fury 2x16GB DDR4 3200MHz
Cooler Master MWE Bronze 650 v2 (230v)
Airflow is good, with 3 front intake fan and 1 exhaust fan on the back (all 120mm)

 

I'm using it for game development on Unity (not a high graphics game tho) and playing games at 1080p, maybe going to 1440p Medium when I got the money.
I also using Blender for modelling 3D objects for my game (low poly), maybe learning DaVinci Resolve later. Which is the best for me? Or just wait for the new gen GPU? (5060 and 9060 XT)

Better to wait for the 4060 for access to DLSS4 which is probably your only hope to play recent games at 1440p

 

Not the B580 because

Not the 5060 because every clinically braindead person already knows its going to cost significantly more than the 4060

 

Not 9060XT because we have no clue how it performs and when it will be available. And if it significantly outperforms the 4060, its going to cost more as well
