Pc keeps freezing

it freezes randomly now a couple of minutes sometimes a couple of hours after startup, tasks don’t have to be intense for it to freeze and when it freezes it does it for good until I restart my computer, specs are

GPU: rx9070 xt

RAM: 2x16 gb ddr5 6000mhz

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800x3D

storage: Kingston 2tb nvme ssd

motherboard: gigabyte b650 gaming x ax v2

 

wifi very slow too on it

 

everything is up to date including bios

DeepCool PM750D 80+ Gold shouldn’t be the power supply I tested it under heavy load and it’s fine, I’m talking freezing witching just browsing through windows

Maybe reduce RAM speed (probably not, but may help!). Are all drivers and Windows up to date?

I did and it didn’t help
