Come back in 2-3 weeks, month is not that long of a time, but sometimes prices can shift and you can't always predict future prices of PC parts.

Get 6000Mhz CL30 RAM. ATX 3.0 certified PSU. Better B650 chipset motherboard. Could consider 7800x3D if cheaper.

You also don't need Thermal Paste, new coolers come with thermal paste packets/tubes with at least enough for first install.

Feel free: To ask any question, no matter what question it is, I will try to answer. I know a lot about PCs but not everything.

current PC:

Ryzen 5 5600 |16GB DDR4 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti [further details on my profile]

PC configs I used before:

  1. Pentium G4500 | 4GB/8GB DDR4 2133Mhz | H110 | GTX 1050
  2. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz / OC:4Ghz | 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz / 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1050
  3. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz | 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti

As @podkall suggested, swap the RAM for a DDR5-6000 kit with CAS latency of 30 with as tight of timings as available in your price range.

Something like this?

Not a fan of those cracker box cases when building with these RTX 40XX / 50XX cards. B850 board gives you PCIe 5.0 for the gpu which is a plus seeing how these new RTX 50XX cards support PCIe 5.0. 1000W gives you a bit of headroom for any gpu power spikes that might occur.

As for MOBO's what makes it a better chip set? I was looking for Wifi capable ones

A620 is low end chipset, get B650 and decent board.

I was looking at SFX Psu's to make sure i got enough clearance for my gpu.

Cases like this can list length clearance with ATX PSUs.

Some ATX PSUs can be short enough to allow big GPUs in small cases.

I would put it under if i had Hard Flooring but I got carpet.

This is my updated list after some research

Lot of PCs intake from front, and exhaust out back and top, no floor involved, or barely.

Do you need 64GB?

Running 7000Mhz will probably be impossible, especially with 4 sticks.

If you're cheaping out somewhere to bring budget down, here's a cheap RAM: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/4cCCmG/patriot-viper-venom-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl30-memory-pvv532g600c30k

You're also fine with 850W PSU, if you're fine that it won't run 5090, because you want at least 1000W for 5090.

You can get away with good 3.0 ATX 850W PSU.

You also don't "need" B850 motherboard, or PCIe 5.0 GPU slot, but of course you can get those.

ASRock's Riptide works if you want B850 (and wifi): ASRock B850M Riptide WiFi

ATX motherboards don't fit in your case, but if you set for different case, a 150pound motherboard could be possible. (165pounds on B850 chipset, both with wifi)

Oh yeah, perhaps the 1000W PSU could work, the Lian Li EDGE sounds like it can do the job, I think it sounds like it fits without obstructing GPU's clearance, at least in the context seen on the official Case's webiste..

No that was everyone, and it was like 1-2 years ago. ASUS was actually one of the worst, because their tuning pushed lot of voltage on average for no reason.
