PC upgrade suggestions needed

Budget (including currency): 400~500 euros

Country: Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: BeamNg.Drive, Heavily modded Minecraft, Occasional Roblox, OMSI 2(go look it up) 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Part list will be under the post(I'm too lazy sorry), want to play at 1080p 144+ fps on all games, I don't care about the cpu as long as it's on a modern platform(minimum ryzen 5000 series) and it's better than the 6500, I'll need some new ram, the case is fine, and it's an ATX mid tower, and I want enough usb ports for a keyboard, a usb headset, a mouse, and a full sim racing rig(wheel, pedals, and shifter) other than that, sorry for the typos and the late replys, and I think that's all, thank you!

So you title is ''PC upgrade suggestions''  Are we upgrading an older build? What are the components? Can we use the old power supply?

Or are we building a brand new build for 400-500 Euros?

Oh, the part list must not have gone through. Now that I have more time, my part list is;

Intel I5-6500

MSI pro h110-m

16GB Samsung DDR4@2133mhz

MSI Armor OC GTX 1070

"Micronics" 400W PSU

Daven Aquarium ATX mid tower case

 

We'll be fine with the case and GPU, but we'll need to change the CPU&M/B and the PSU.
