light gaming and 4k, does not really complement each other. But just to get more details. from 1st, 2nd, 3rd, which one is the priority, gaming, coding, video editing and steaming? what apps are you using?

As most of us wouldn't probably know how much each components are going in your region, I can try to provide a kind of guide. So as it's a "light" gaming and geared towards productivity, you might need more cpu threads, so at least a ryzen 7, but you also don't need the x3d variant, as the price difference can get you a better gpu with more vram. So I would suggest going for 7700(tray type, if available) or 9700x/7900, 7900x/9900x, whichever is cheaper. As for the motherboards, at get those with decent cooling and powerpaste that's at least 12-2-2(12-2-1, is also good). Get air cooler, if possible since this would be for productivity, as it's easier to service and less likely to fail than aios. There are actually a lot of new dual tower air coolers now that even have screens/panel, if you like those kind of aesthetics. As for ram, 32gb is good, but depending what you are going to do, 64gb might really help. As for GPU, get those that has 16gb of vram.
