I've got the parts, I would just like to know people's thoughts on what to pair with what.

 

I've got 

 

Intel i5 7500

R5 2600x

R5 3600

 

RX 590

GTX 1070

RX 5700XT

 

I'm thinking I pair the 7500 with the 590

the 2600x with the 1070

and the 3600 with the 5700xt

 

I am correct in thinking those are the best pairings?

Yeah, basically, best with best, worse with worse, etc.  Do you need 3 machines?  Sell parts and consolidate if not.
