Laptop overheating

I recently purchased an asus A16 tuf 2023 edition laptop but while im gaming with it, it tends to drop frames after a certain period of time and either crashes or forces me to exit the game im currently playing. I use a laptop cooler and I keep my work area clean. My cpu and gpu are between 70 and 75 degrees however my gpus memory is saying its at 90°, is my vram overheating in this case and causing my problems?
