Budget: The budget doesn't matter since it's something I'll be working for over the years. Currency is USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Graphics-heavy games, 3d modeling

Other details: I want to completely max this thing out and have it for many years without having to upgrade much. I'm looking for 4k at high refresh rate for gaming. This is my list of the whole setup I have in mind. I'm looking for any suggestions and help. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/JonahMcClellan09/saved/7zNgzy

Decent.   I'd get more storage and consolidate RAM (4 sticks isn't ideal for DDR5 yet).

I'd most likely opt for a prebuilt custom loop from Puget or similar.   Work of art type system.

Budget: The budget is <8,000 USD since it's something I'll be working for over the years. I plan on getting parts when they are on sale and maybe some used parts in cases that won't affect the longevity of the machine.

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Graphics-heavy games, 3d modeling

Monitors/Peripherals: Only one and all peripherals are marked with the pcpartpicker list

Other details: I want to completely max this thing out and have it for many years without having to upgrade much. I'm looking for 4k at high refresh rate for gaming. you have a good parts selection but personally I would say you should get a custom loop, but before you buy all of the parts please research how to build, fill and fix a custom water cooled pc.

As for a custom loop, should I keep the aio for the CPU and just cool the GPU or opt for both in the same loop?

Yes, this was intentional, the most this computer will go through is a trip to college a couple of years in the future and dust from pets, which I plan on doing routine cleaning every month so that I can keep it pristine. I'll edit my original post because I should've said that I wasn't trying to go that pricey. Budget will be <8,000 USD and I plan on getting a lot of my parts on sale and maybe used in some cases that shouldn't affect the longevity of the parts

I've been looking more into a custom water loop, and I had a question about how many radiators I should have. The pump I will be using is the iCUE LINK XD5 RGB ELITE LCD Pump from Corsair and with what I currently have set in plans are 3 360mm radiators. The whole loop will be cooling the 5090, CPU, and the Crucial T705 M.2 drive. I talked to a friend about this, and they said the pump might not be strong enough to push water through the whole loop. I've tried researching the pump strength, but I've come up dry, so I wasn't sure how much was too much for the one pump.

edit: I found the water cooling faq page and my questions have been answered, thank you all for your help
