I decided to wipe my pc after it would constantly freeze/blackout after 15 seconds of it being on. Not running a game, being on. I hadn’t done anything to it as I had been at school and it had been working fine yesterday. My keyboard and  headset rgb is on, the fans are on, but there rgb isn’t (but they never had). Did get it refurbished from Best Buy. IMG_57BF50C4-FCE7-4C0C-9571-75B31CAA3B77.thumb.jpeg.6ab54308004ff296a5f8a7d1012dd036.jpegIMG_4192.thumb.png.71c4a193e46d3cd6924c8ad18ce04954.png

Ensure that all components are fully inserted properly, and all power cables are too. Turn the PC off an unplug power totally, then make sure the RAM is fully secured in it's slot(s). Then check the main power cables and less important ones, like Fans and RGB. You can find youtube videos on how to do this correctly and safely.

So I do turn it off, right? It won’t destroy my pc?
