Cant access raspberry pi nas

Biased Opinion

I have a raspberry pi nas setup with this guide http://www.dingleberrypi.com/2013/05/turn-a-raspberry-pi-into-a-nas-network-attached-storage-server/. I can see the thing on the in windows explorer but after i log onto it and enter my credentials i cannot connect. I get error code 0x80070035 the network path was not found. The same thing happens when i enter the Pi's ip address into the address bar. All my firewalls are off and all my sharing settings are enabled.
