Base station 2.0 compatible PCVR controllers?

I'm in the market for new PCVR controllers, but it says the Index knuckles are out of stock (and likely aren't coming back). I was wondering if there were any other alternatives worth picking up, or if I'm SOL.

I can't contribute options, but I am hoping that they are out of stock because Valve is spinning up a new VR headset

I can't say I'm hoping that they've stopped production, but I'm excited for the new headset! I think having two options would be nice: a budget option with less features and a smaller price with the new headset, and the normal controllers with their full suite of features for base station users.

It looks like you can still order each Index controller (Left and Right) separately from valve but it's more expensive to do it that way. 

Vive wands and Pimax Sword controllers should also work with base station tracking but the Index controllers are still my preference.

Yeah, I've used my buddy's Vive wands before and almost instantly decided against them. They're so much less comfortable, and I'd wish I had the functionality of the Index knuckles. If there's no other options, I'll likely end up waiting a bit to see if they come back, and just order them separately if they don't. Using the wands wasn't much fun, and I'd like the warranty and RMA support that comes with new Valve products.
