Budget (including currency): 2000

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to be able to watch videos while i play games such as valorant, Assasins, war hammer, minecraft with any shader all at max settings.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I currently have a MSI Bravo 15 laptop and im able to play games like valorant, phasmophobia, assasins creed origin, but i crash whenever i try to open a more demanding game. I like to watch videos or movies with friends while i play and sometimes it would make me lag so much. I was originally planning on saving up 3k+ and buy a way overcompensating pc but ive decided to go the cheaper route and build my own. Hows this for a first build so i can play demanding games at high settings while watching videos and hanging out in calls in discord? I need recomendations for monitors, i am limited on space.

Low profile RAM so that the heatsinks don't impede this dual tower cpu cooler. DDR5-6000 CL30 seeing how games benefit from low latency RAM. Both a board and gpu that support PCIe 5.0.
