Hey, welcome to the Forum.

This is a great build and there isn't much if anything I would change.

I would maybe pick the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB CPU Cooler over the Dark Rock 2.

The PA 120 SE is better, costs less and has some RGB to match that Lian Li case 🙂

Due to the PA 120 SE having two fans I changed the RAM to a lower profile RAM so it doesn't interfere with the CPU Coolers front fan.

Be aware that the B650 will need a BIOS update for the 9600x to work but this is not a problem as this board has the Q-Flash feature.

This means you can update the BIOS without any components installed except the 8pin CPU power cable and the motherboard 24 pin 🙂

Looks fine to me, but those prices are ouch.

Builder/Enthusiast/Overclocker since 2012 with a focus on SFF/ITX since 2014.

Only thing I would likely change is your CPU to a 7600, 9600 is fairly pricey in comparison and has very little performance uplift.

This board down below supports PCIe 5.0 for the graphics card as does the new AMD and Nvidia cards including the 9070 XT.

One more thing, you want a 120mm exhaust fan for that Lian Li 207.
