So its best to explain the end goal is to have 2 PCs. My current setup is a 10900k CPU, 3080, 32GB of DDR4 3200MHZ and 500Gb m.2 for windows and 1Tb SSD. I play on a 165hz 1440p monitor with a 4k monitor mostly for videos and the occasional single player game. I have been looking at PCs as my GF likes to play sims 4 with mods on my PC but wants her own so we can play at the same time and there is a couple games like lockdown protocol we would play together if we both had a PC. She is not a gamer currently so she doesnt really care bout specs at all just playing the game without it freezing and being super slow like it is on her non gaming laptop.I was gonna buy her a budget PC but i decided it would be better as I need a bit of an upgrade as well to buy myself a upgrade and giver her my PC so she is set for awhile.

My friend is willing to sell his PC to me for 1100 it has a i7 13700k, 32Gb DDR5 ram at 600MHZ, a 6600xt GPU and 2TB M.2 and 1TB SSD. I would use his PC if i bought it and just put my 3080 in his and put the 6600xt in my old PC for my GF. My main question and concern is do you guys think this is a good upgrade would i notice a difference in gaming and even just smoothness of the system overall with this upgrade I know the GPU is the main powerhouse and since I would be keeping the same one IDK how much of a boost this would give me , I would also be able to play games on a m.2 as I would have the storage for it. He also said he would throw in his 1440P 144hz monitor which I would let my GF use as she was gonna just use an old 1080p Screen.

Really hard to swallow when you can get similar setup all brand new for that price. Youre only gaining on 1TB SSD and thats most likely some generic SATA SSD that was the boot drive before the m.2 came along. Unless if it comes with premium case and PSU, negotiate 900.
