Need some recommendation

I bought an RX 6600 that gave me some problems, after talking about it here on the forum I decided that I'm going to buy an RTX 4060, I'm just in doubt between 2 models. One with 2 fans and the other with 3 fans, I leave the links below (I'm from Portugal, sorry for the English)

 The card consumes 200 watts ...  debatable if you need a 3 fan card.

Well... if color is more important than performance ...

 

Your only options on AMD's camp are more expensive, 7700 XT, 7800 XT

7800 XT is maybe 1-2% better than a RTX 4070 but comes with 16 GB VRAM...  around 5-6% better on average at 4k

 

7700 XT has 12 GB vram but it's still ok.

If you are looking for a good budget GPU. The Intel B580 might be a good option .

The Asrock steel legend or the Sparkle Titan Luna OC is good for a white build.
