bluetooth not working

when i press this  nothing happens i tried the troubleshooter but it didn't fix it

On what device? Is it a PC or a laptop? Have you confirmed if you should have bluetooth?

i am on pc and i used to be able to use bluetooth but now it does not work

Is it a USB adapter or from the motherboard?

 

And what did you do to stop it from working? Windows update?

usb adapter and it stopped without an apparent reason but i think it started from a power outage.

Try it on a different device if you can, it may have been damaged. you can do this by disabling bluetooth in control panel if the device already has it, then plugging in the adapter to see if it works (then re enable bluetooth after testing)

unfortunately i dont have another device right now, but i will try to test the dongle in another device later.
