Good math app?

What is a good math app, where I can draw different geometric shapes, and solve equations? Paint is almost good, but it doesn't have persistent text fields, so if I click away, I have to start a new one

LibreOffice has a dedicated Math app. I believe you can also open it within their other apps to help write math equations and such. I have very limited experience with it though, I generally only use writer and calc. However it's all free / open source, so it's worth looking into.

I used Office tools for drawing functions back in school. For MatLab alternative, there's Octave. It has cloud-based version too.
