Possible GPU or RAM Issue?

Hello Everyone,

Today, I started noticing something weird on my PC. When I stream to my friends on Discord, my stream preview shows thin green lines (only for me). Additionally, Chrome keeps giving me errors like "STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION" and "STATUS_BREAKPOINT". My Discord also crashes randomly.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

I tried it and it didn't work. But, I also tried downgrading my NVIDIA GPU drivers 572.60 to 572.47 and, until now, everything is perfect.

So I guess it was just the new NVIDIA drivers that weren't really working as they should be.

Ok it started again, but now my games start crashing as well. Saying Fatal Error. I already stressed my gpu using 3DMark and 10 minutes of Cinebench and everything is good.

 

I really don't know what's going on. Could it be the GPU?

And now it's doing these weird green boxes everytime I do that. It inverted when I started recording.
