1440p and 165hrz

Not doing that with a 3060 thats for sure but the 400-450$ used 6950xt or 350$ 6800xts can

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kHmBFZ

7700 + 6800xt + 32gb 6000c30

More of a convenience build rather than pure price to performance but still pretty decent value with the 158$ aliexpress 7700 with the only used part being the 6800xt as theres literally no other choice due to new pricing being completely whack and the far inferior 7600xt being in the mid 300$ for some reason

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YhHQwY

More of a pure price to performance build with upgrades to the cooler (new) gpu (still used) and psu (used) though alot more used parts (psu mobo case) and youll have to look for a used case so wether or not its worth it is up to you but you could also buy used to cost cut if you swap the 6950xt for a 6800xt

If you want nvidia cards pricing on the 3080 is similar to the 6800xt with the 3080ti around 6950xt pricing just that they have less vram and generally less performant in raster though if you do raytracing or something like that they will handily crush the amd cards

Budget (including currency): $850 USD

Country:

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Dragon's Dogma 2, Monster Hunter Wilds, Final Fantasy 16, and Terraria

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'd like to play at 1440p and 165hrz, that said if it can go higher that would also be good.

I'd appreciate any feedback/suggestions.
