Sorry abit paranoid with computers because im new to them so not sure what is considered normal fan noise or not anyway here is a video with the sound of my XFX 7900XTX

https://youtube.com/shorts/KsX4B87o5iQ

There is a lot of different noises in this video.

Can you try to record again?

That being said, I hear nothing that stands out to me in this video.  Fans make noise,  especially at higher speeds.

Moving air is not silent.

I'm guessing you mean the sound that is somewhat like a far away storm or something ?

Other than that... I can't tell anything wrong with this fan noise. Sounds perfectly normal for fans.

If you stop the fan from spinning, do you still hear the noise you worry about ? If so, it might be coil whine. Nothing you can do about that. GPUs do that. Some more than others. Depending on a variety of factors like the type of power supply you have and if your power from the utility company is dirty or not.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Bazzite

It almost sounds like it is ever so slightly touching the plastic shroud while spinning ? Though could just be bad audio quality. Other than that, it sounds reasonably quiet for a GPU fan.

Do you notice the noise from a reasonable distance with the side panel on? With your headphones on?
