Budget (including currency): Rp 10.000.000 ($615 USD) but can wiggle a bit

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x

COOLER: ocypus iota a62

RAM: ADATA XPG LANCER BLADE DDR5 RGB 32GB (2x16GB) 6000Mhz

MOBO: Asrock B650m Pro Rs

STORAGE: 1.5TB SSD NVME + 1TB HDD

GPU: Colorful RTX 3060 12gb

PSU: DarkFlash PMT850 80+ Gold

Monitor: LG 24" 1080p 144hz

 

Games: CS2, Valorant, Marvel Rivals, Cyberpunk 2077, Upcoming Monster Hunter Wild and Horizon Forbidden West.

 

I want to upgrade GPU sometime this year, the 3060 is fine but when playing cyberpunk on med-high i get comfortable fps but sometimes it goes lower than 60fps during intense gunfight scenes. Another is that the upcoming MH wild benchmark could only get around 40-60FPS using DLSS performance on all low graphics, so it's playable but not enjoyable :v. im also considering upgrading to a 1440p monitor in the near future after getting a new GPU.

 

Dont know whether to buy the Rx7900 GRE or the RTX 4070 Super, i could get the RX 7900 GRE for around Rp 9.500.000 ($584 USD) or the 4070Super for Rp 10.500.000 ($645 USD). But i saw that the RX 7900 xt and 4070ti super went down in price where i am so idk if i should save up a lil more to get either those two instead:

Rx 7900XT: Rp 13.000.000 ($799 USD), but i have seen it go down to Rp 11.500.000 ($707 USD) from discount 

RTX 4070ti Super: Rp 13.419.000 ($824 USD)

 

Currently im just waiting for the rx9070xt if its any better since the RTX 5070ti is overpriced at Rp 16.000.000 ($1000 USD) lowest price. With all that said, I'd really appreciate any and all advice y'all might have...

Did you try to cap the fps at 60-70fps? It should stabilize the frame time on 3060.

Ngapain beli vga baru mending beli aja 3090 yg 7.8jt vramnya udh 24gb dan performa mirip ama 4070ti super/7900 gre atau ga 6900xt yg 5.8jt dan performanya masih mirip ama 4070tis/7900gre cuma gaada fitur nvidianya dan vramnya cuma 16gb tapi jauh lebih mending drpd 3060

 

Utk 3060nya paling bisa jual ulang 2.5 an karena pas sy cek tokped ada banyak yang di angka 3jt paling karena orang yg main llm

Tr: why buy a new gpu? Just buy a 500$ 3090 or 370$ 6900xt, they perform like a 4070tis/7900gre just that the 6900xt doesnt have all the fancy nvidia features and only 16gb of vram but both are still way better than a 3060

 

3060 wise it can be resold for somewhere around 150$ so thatll lower the effective upgrade cost, theyre still expensive cause of the ppl running llms and whatnot

As for the psu the spl tierlist puts it in speculative tier A likely due to not being able to get their hands on it but it does have a good 12v rail and it does have good reviews albiet limited due to how expensive it is

3090 seharga 7.9 jt bagus sih udh 24Gb VRAM, makasih saya akan consider option nya.  Tapi dari foto performance di bawah lebih bagus beli 7900 GRE meskipun tambah sekitar 1.6 jt jamin warranty dan juga power efficiency nya GRE jauh lebih bagus drpd 3090, cuma downside nya nurun vram dr 24GB ke 16GB tapi keknya untuk 1440p cukup deh. Makasih udh kasih opini nya!

 

Tr: the 3090 priced at $500 is a great deal with 24gb VRAM, thanks you ill consider the option. However, from the performance photo below, the 7900 GRE would be a better buy no, even though it's $100 more but there's warranty and also better power efficiency on the GRE than the 3090. The only downside is that it has 16GB of Vram instead of 24GB but i think 16GB is enough for 1440p. Thank you for ur opinion!

Klo mau vs dengan 7900 gre pilihnya rx 6900xt yg 5.9jt krn itu vga yg paling mirip, 3090 malah 24gb vram dan fitur nvidia jdnya lawannya 4070ti super, klo gaperlu fitur nvidia rx 6900 xt performanya masih mirip tapi kurang 2jt harganya drpd 3090 dan 4jt drpd 7900 gre

 

Skrg tergantung aja mau garansinya atau mau potong harga vganya jadi setengah

 

tr : 7900 gre goes up against the 6900xt rather than the 3090 as that card has 24gb of vram and all those fancy nvidia features so itd go up against the 4070ti super

 

Just depends on if you want the warranty or if you want to cut gpu price in half
