Create a resolution for windows app

Is there any way to create a resolution only for one app in windows ? 
I wanna run my desktop at 1920*1080 and one app requires 1600*900 so it runs ok on windows, it's not a game and it doesn't have a menu for resolution so only do what windows say. 
Any suggestions?
Am running windows 11 and some of my machines use windows 10.

Afaik you could only run in 640x480... Not sure if that would help?

 

Otherwise maybe try losses scaling (but idk if it works, also it's a paid app, don't download the 'free' version it's a virus...)
