Cleaning or "optimize" software for win 11

Hey there, fellow tech enthusiasts! I'm writing here to ask if anyone knows of any computer software that can 'optimize' a PC—for example, clean it up or update drivers (or at least notify you if they need updating).

I'm just curious if there's any nice-to-have software that can help keep your PC in top shape. I've come across a company called Avira, but it seems to require payment. I also have a friend who bought some software on Steam, but cleaner-type software has always seemed like either a scam or a virus to me.

Aside occasionally GPU drivers and, for AMD at least, chipset drivers, you don't need to update drivers constantly. Just maybe check every 6 to 12 months on chipset drivers and only if you have game issues with new games for new GPU drivers. Otherwise just leave things once installed.

As for any "cleaning" optimization software, all junk for the most part. Just use Windows built in stuff.
