Since support so long out I just wanted to ask if anyone has an Insight on when the wave two bags will be shipped ordered December 26th go to the website it says in stock.

 

I know they did their inventory that took some time but this is getting pretty ridiculous. I think if you're going to sell expensive things and release the newly on the Wan maybe ship the things people have already paid a lot of money for or at least send updates

The first batch was 20k units which was sold out on launch. Pre-order means you are placing order before store has any units. Since you are on wave 2 means you are on backorder. Shipping out 20k packages at once with all other orders takes time. Order, arrival, processing and shipping out any other outstanding orders will also take time. Hence them saying all outstanding orders are shipped before end of the month.

Yes when I made the purchase it was in stock maybe they need to change that. Yes shipping out a lot of things is difficult why they make money doing it they need to be better
