B450MHP RAM configuration

Hello, I need help. I recently acquired a BIOSTAR motherboard to which I added 32GB of RAM, which is at 2133Mhz. I need to change it to 3200Mhz but I can't find the option

It would help if you would have told us full model name of MoBo or at least made a video of UEFI.

Not all motherboards supported XMP/DOCP at the early DDR4 era. You can start by checking if the motherboard runs the latest BIOS version (and flash that BIOS if needed). 

Also, please specs.
