Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I currently have a HP elite X2 that I built a custom mount for mounted on my dashboard. The mount is designed so I can lift the tablet up and slide it back over my dashboard but when in use it covers my factory screen. I'm looking to make the experience a bit better using a portable touchscreen display and adding a vesa mount that has the ability to tilt. I'm looking for a PC I can stick under a seat that won't require a bunch of air movement. I've figured out the touch screen part but not sure about the PC.

Any ol mini pc will do. No clue what you need in terms of power but heaps of ryzen mini pcs for under 400
