Help with PSU

Go to solution Solved by CaiPott,

You can use the 600w, it's more than enough. Won't cause you any problem.

Hi so my PSU died on me the other day (despite only being a few months old) and was wondering. While I wait for a replacement to arrive, can i use a 600w psu that i have. It says the manufacturer recommends a 600w but i've heard you should use 100w more than what they recommend. Here are my specs:

CASE: MSI MAG VAMPIRIC 011C

MOTHERBOARD: TUF GAMING B550 PLUS WIFI II

CPU: RYZEN 5 4500

CPU FAN: DEEPCOOL AK400 Digital

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 4x8GB

STORAGE: 2x Samsung 970 EVO PLUS, 1x 2TB SEAGATE Barracuda

PSU: EVGA 600w (srry dont know exact model)

GPU: MSI RTX 3060 TI GAMING X TRIO

That's one of the junk models. See https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/ . Tier F, replace immediately.

oh crap tht not good i had been using it for 2 years i didnt know although a new issue has come up. So i could boot the pc outside the case but when i tried with it in the case, it turned on then off immediately. Could tht be a PSU problem or something else
