Adata 900 is the same as lexar NM790

So fast Dramless China TLC SSD 

 

The Goodram PX700 is the same as lexar NM790, don't know what's in the PX600 but it's worst than the PX700.

 

The adata 900 is the best out of the 3 you asked.

those are the best opsion for 512 gb and 1T for the price and i search online in yt for diff of pcle 3.0 and 4.0 and it was a good diff but still 1 T is a lot of storage maybe i need to go with that

The MI500 should be on Silicon Motion SM2269XT + some TLC NAND 

P3 is on Phison E21T + 176l QLC NAND 

 

Well the mi500 is obviously better Ssd than p3, but more expensive per GB.
