Pc lagging - _lqe

Hey.
I just bulid my pc.
Ryzen 7 9800x3d 
Rtx 3070 ( will upgrade to 5080 ) 
32 gb ram 6000 
x870e aorus elite wifi7

But is lagging. and i dont know what to do now. 
i have updateret bios to f4. but it did not help

Can we have a bit more information?

What type of lag are you getting?   Masssive frame drops / Stutter?  Freezing?

Is it a delay lag caused by Vsync?

In every game it stutters?

Do you have a monitor with Gsync?
