Country: US/Turkey (I live in Turkey but I go back to the US often)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, Minecraft, Cities Skylines 2, and other games that use around the same processing power.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I would like any recommendations on how to make this build better while still fitting in my price range, I know air cooling is cheaper but I like water cooling way more and have had more experience with it. Also I know there is cheaper cases but I want to have room for upgrades in the future. (Please give me recommendations I'm pretty new to PCs)
