I would say no.

You will not get 4 sticks of 6400Mhz to work on that motherboard.  Of course there is a chance but AM5 does not like 4 sticks of RAM.

Two sticks, probably yes 🙂

4 sticks of any DDR5 is a crapshoot for whether it'll work or not, but with the high capacity dual rank DIMMs like those the odds of it working at high speeds are almost zero. It'll probably work at something like 3600 without too much luck, but at decent speeds like 5200+ you have basically no shot of it workin out of the box.

If you need 192GB of RAM, you don't have a choice. If you just need 96GB or less, then just use two DIMMs.

Welcome to the forums!
If you need that much memory, you need a server platform. DDR5 is still a new technology and there are BIG problems with running 4 sticks. Many "No POST, pls help" threads on this forum boil down to trying to run 4 sticks of DDR5
