Weird power problem

Had my PC die while idle. Showed no signs of power. Swapped PSU and now my GPU has lights but no reaction on mobo. I am running an 11th gen i7 unlocked 2 16g sticks of ddr4 vengeance a strix 2070 non super on a z590 plus and an 800w PSU. Any ideas what's wrong. Praying I don't have to change mobo as my hands are way too big to fit in my case with it in there.

do you have a different system you can test the ram, gpu and maybe the cpu components in?

If your cpu has an integrated gpu then you could try without the gpu.

You could try with only one stick of Ram, in different slots.

You could reseat/replug carefully everything, also on psu side.
