How to remove windows boot manager?

I was dualbooting Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 on two separate drives. I decided to remove the Windows 7 OS by delete and formatting the drive it was installed on from my Windows 8.1 Disk Management. I went into system configuration and Windows 7 was no longer an option. But now when I reboot, the Windows Boot Manger keeps popping up and asking me to select an OS. But there is only one OS - Windows 8.1. How do I remove this screen from popping up and having my computer boot into Windows 8.1 automatically? 

I tried EasyBCD, only option is Windows 8.1. Cant set the boot time to 0 on Windows Boot manager, says the lowest I can set it is to 3 seconds. And I tried bootrec.ext /fixmbr and bootrec.exe /fixboot, nothing happened.
