CPU Overload

Buddy of mines CPU has been constantly overloading on Helldivers which is causing him to crash. He told me his temps which i think he said around 80 C...I had him install a Cooler Master which brought it down A LOT but still overloading. Could it possibly be overtime of it overheating the CPU is bad or maybe windows... its not a virus issue either

A 5700X should not be overheating, even with the AMD stock cooler, unless the cooler is badly installed or there is a lack of airflow into the computer case. It has a tdp of only 60W.

If you check the cooler and it is correctly installed, try running the computer with the side panel off. That way, you'll see if the fans are spinning and it will make fresh air available.
