Budget (including currency): $1400

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I plan to do a little bit of everything with this computer as in stream, game (warzone, Cyberpunk, final fantasy 14) and some minor productivity (spreadsheets, word processing, video editing).

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have two 1440p 120+ hz monitors, and I am bringing over my rtx 3080ti, keyboard, mouse, and storage: 2GB m.2, 2GB SATA ssd.

My current PC is a Ryzen 7 5800X with 32 gigs of DDR4 ram. I’m mostly upgrading because I plan on moving over to 4K monitors, and my computer is currently already struggling while gaming to run at 1440p native (non upscaled). So I’d like to just start fresh and only bring over my gpu if possible. I also would like the thermals to be as low as possible so I likely will be going liquid cooling AIO. I’m kind of struggling as to what motherboard to get as I refuse to get anything from gigabyte or asroc due to issues in the past. I also am debating using a Lian li o11 dynamic evo case, unless there’s a better one (thermals) that could be recommended. I was considering going back to Intel CPU’s as I generally prefer them, and I’ve had some stability issues with my current ryzen CPU. However it seems like newer Intel cpus still aren’t very good, so I guess I’m open to either. So any suggestions on coolers, cpus, ram etc. would be appreciated.

The case doesnt really matter for thermals as long as it has decent airflow so find one you like and you'll be fine

If you want an AIO get a liquid freezer 360 III as it is a) inexpensive and b) a BEAST when it comes to bang for the buck

Motherboard I'd suggest the MSI b650-s Wifi if you refuse to get a gigabyte and an asrock as those made some of the best options for motherboards like the b650 eagle ax or just get any b850 that you can afford as those are just good boards

CPU really anything should suffice as even the 7600 is plenty good ideally I'd say the 9600x or the 7700x

RAM you want to be 6000mhz cl30 tho as that is the sweetspot for AM5

After that you are only left with the PSU and I'd suggest to take a gander at the tier list and see what unit is  B tier and above that you can afford

I edit my posts for so if you saw a typo.... no you didn't, you are just crazy
