Update, it wasn't the psu... and i really don't think it is the nvme because of the time it froze at bios

Last update, the problem was the motherboard, XMP to be more precise, when it is on, the pc just dies randomly like described above, I guess something is wrong with power distribution, maybe some capacitor isn't working properly, I don't know, to solve I just disabled XMP on bios and tweaked the ram to 2933mhz (because my rams max is 3200mhz), and when i have the money I'll just buy a new motherboard.

Hey guys, so i had my friend build this pc for me at the start of December and it was all good until this week where my pc froze while playing cyberpunk, i played for about 17h without any problems, and then it started, o thought the problem was the ram, cause it was part of the old parts that weren't replace, so i bought new ones and it continued to freeze, i started playing with msi afterburner on all the time to check temperature when it freezes, and it was normal, cpu at 60°C max and gpu at 72°C max, i tried every software and OS solution i could, sfc, dism, ddu, crystal disk, chkdsk, everything i could find on the internet, but it still freezes, I didn't reinstall windows yet because I really don't want to unless I MUST, what do i need to do next?

Parts:

Motherboard: msi pro h610m-g

Cpu: I5 12400f

Ram: fury beast 2x16 3200Mhz ddr4

Gpu: rtx 4060 ti

Psu: MSI MAG A850GL 850w

Welcome to the forums!
What is the freeze like? Does it eventually crash the game? BSOD? Do you have to reboot to fix it?
Does this happen in any other games?
Have you tried a CPU and/or GPU stress test?
Have you run memtest?

No BSOD, it freezes the screen where it was, the game screen, my desktop, discord, even the bios screen once, sometimes i can reboot by pressing the power button, others i have to turn off the psu.

Haven't tried any other games cause i don't think it is the game, since it froze even on bios.

I've run furmark and cpu-z stress tests simultaneously for about an hour two separate times after a freeze and nothing happened, they got both my gpu and cpu to 100%.

The theory me and my friend have come up with is that the psu is broken and is overheating until it gets to a point where it freezes, but i can't say for sure cause I don't know that much about hardware.

I've downloaded crystal disk, done windows chkdsk command and the ram are brand new and recognized in the bios, does this count as a memtest?

TBH, it could be the ram is bunk. If it's new, it's worth an RMA, though I actually have RMA'd a kit of memory 3 times only to find out the problem was the mobo.
