Super! Any other advice? Because the eagle has 3 models I can chose from but they don't seem to vary between eachother other than LEDs (which I've already got plenty of on my setup)

also please use https://es.pcpartpicker.com/

Budget (including currency): N/A

Country: Spain

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Blender, UE5, 3D modeling and videogames (DCS, VR, Forever Winter, and other sims+shooters)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): existing build: Existing build attached as the screenshot, I'm planning to upgrade the GPU to a RTX40xx series with 16Gb vram or more however I have concerns whether the RTX40xx series would fit inside this particular case: https://www.pccomponentes.com/thermaltake-v250-argb-cristal-templado-usb-30, using this particular Motherboard: https://www.pccomponentes.com/asus-prime-b660-plus-d4?

I have a wifi card inside the case, however I recently did get an Ethernet connection therefore I can remove the wifi card if vertical space is required, my main concern is the length of the card to enter into the case as I do have some fans that may get in the way...

Any feedback is appreciated 🙂

Thanks!

According to TT specs you got 320mm GPU clearance, so pretty much everything up to a 4080 will fit

Hey thanks for the quick response, I've found a few cards that I think fit the use case, however if you can give me a few more tips regarding the card construction or if you have a recommendation for a card that can easily run the mentioned games and programs including stable VR performance especially in UE5 and DCS, I'd greately appreciate it.

For example, I've found that this particular card: ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER OC Edition 16GB GDDR6X DLSS3 Graphics Card from reviews can run Oculus Quest goggles quite well.

However this other card, that also fits into the particular case I have: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER EAGLE OC 16GB GDDR6X DLSS3 Doesn't mention anything regarding VR usage.

Does this mean these two cards still would run the same performance and use case wise, or are there differences? Also why some cards are in a 3 fan and others only 2 fan configuration if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks!

both of them are overclocked so they’ll most likely be similar

i’d get the eagle because it’s a 3-fan card so temperatures will be a bit better

Super! Any other advice? Because the eagle has 3 models I can chose from but they don't seem to vary between eachother other than LEDs (which I've already got plenty of on my setup)

they might have minor clock speed differences it doesn’t matter (also those other cards aren’t eagle models)

Awesome thanks for the help

If you find some stores/sites that you use are cheaper, you don't need to follow pcpartpicker's pricing btw, unless it's accurate or convenient. (it doesn't always have the cheapest thing for certain countries and can't really scan "everything")

  2. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz / OC:4Ghz | 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz / 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1050

One more question, I did just receive the GPU, and I am trying to install it in the chassis, everything went smoothly until I got to the PSU cables and selecting the right cables for the job. I do have the bag of the original PSU cables for the corsair CX750M 750 W 80 Plus Bronze Semi-Modular, and I've decided to connect the previously used PGU Power cable that I had running to my RTX 3060ti gpu, connected that to the 4070ti supper 2x 8pin to 12pin connector that came with the new GPU, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to run 2x 6pin or are 2x 8pin cables fine...

I used another one of the same cables as the original PGU power cable for the other side of the 12pin connector, just trying to make sure I won't nuke the computer when I turn it on now.

Also, does it matter which of the 3 GPU/PCIe slots I connect the other/both GPU cables for the new 4070ti?

To summarize, I have two 8 pin cables running from the PSU to the 12pin adapter for the 4070ti, is this ok, or should I switch to two 6pin connectors?
