CPU Over heating issue.

Wondering if anyone can help me on my Cpu over heating issue? I was cleaning my computer and unplugged the AIO pump from the MOBO and when I plugged everything back in and turned on my system the fans start roatating faster then before and my CPU temps keep increasing. I bought a new AIO and my cpu still keeps over heating. any help?
