Ryzen 5900X OC

I finally installed new cooler Arctic freezer III and want do some OC for Ryzen 5900X. I have Asus rog X570 E Gaming Wi-Fi II motherboard and Seasonic PX 850W Platinum PSU. I don't want do OC manually due it's to easy broke and is way more risk that use PBO2. I already tested -30 negative on all core and it's looks stable now I want set best possible TDC, PPT and EDC values. I know is depends on luck not all CPU same but I want to know what is good values to start  testing and what is max values before it become danger.
